Question: why is Lee Zeldin hiding. Answer:

Lee Zeldin has given us reason after reason to replace him. And it's why our grassroots movement is gaining traction, and why I'm asking for your support right now.

It starts with him being out-of-step with Long Island families: Zeldin has voted against virtually all major bills* offered by House Democrats, even going against other New York Republicans like Peter King and John Katko.

It's no wonder that Lee hasn't held a town hall in over two years – because he knows he'll get called out for putting party over country.

Example after example. Voting for the initial bill that made the SALT cap possible? Not calling out Donald Trump's cruel family separation and child imprisonment policies? Being silent as Trump destroys decades of work to improve the environment? Lee Zeldin's legacy is against Long Island, through and through.

I'm running to be a real voice for Long Island. Donate today and let's win in 2020.

This is why we need change. It's time we actually unite our country, think as Americans, and stop acting only along partisan lines. That is the only way we will truly solve our problems, and it takes more than just lip service about unity to actually get things done.

Stand with me as we work to make it happen here on Long Island. Donate today.

For example, the House, without Zeldin's vote, has passed bills to get corporate influence out of politics, combat vote suppression, combat climate change, provide equality for LBGTQ community, require mandatory background checks on gun purchases, provide path for Dreamers, protect Americans with pre-existing conditions, lower prescription drug costs, provide paycheck equality, net neutrality, and to demand reverse the anti-consumer practices of the Trump administration.
